All of our therapists accept private pay in situations where the client's insurance is not one we accept, We are happy to provide a "superbill" so that those with out of network benefits (PPO) may get reimbursed. Our therapists' rates range from $100 to $200, based on the level of experience, expertise, and degree of the clinician.
While we welcome and accept almost all types of clients, we specialize in helping the following type of individuals and communities:
Currently, and due to COVID, we offer our specialized therapy services across the state of California through HIPAA compliant video.
We are offerring in-person therapy to vaccinated individuals.
At this time, we offer limited couples therapy and couples or family therapy only when in conjunction with a loved one is in treatment.
At this time, we work with children aged 12 and up.
Yes! We provide testing and evaluation to children and adults. We provide ADHD, learning dissibility testing and psychological evaluations to help clarify diagnoses and inform treatment. Currently these services are private pay only.
We pride ourselves on a rigorous and closely-monitored training program for our therapists in training. Our training program for doctoral students is accredited by the California Psychology Internship Counsel which only allows the most stringent of programs in the state of California.
We are the only non-academic institution in the greater Sacramento area that has this accreditation. Our pre-licensed therapists receive six hours minimally of training and supervision each week so that they can best support their clients. Plus, you or your child will not only have one therapist helping, you will have their supervisor as well.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
