I approach therapy as an individual journey and opportunity for growth.
Using an integrative and wholistic approach, I help guide clients in discovering the
source of their mindset, emotions and behavior in a way that aims to expand their
understanding of themselves, while also promoting change towards becoming
more of who they aspire to be.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on need and fit of each
individual person. Common approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), PAC model, Psychodynamic theories, positive
psychology approaches, and attachment theory.
I work with a broad spectrum of clients, primarily people with anxiety disorders,
obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD), depression, trauma, relationship struggles,
and those navigating gender-related difficulties. As an experienced OCD specialist, I
am passionate about supporting those seeking relief from bothersome, harmful, or
taboo thoughts that are opposite of one’s values.
Additionally, I offer therapeutic support honoring one’s unique spiritual beliefs,
including incorporating past transformative psychedelic experiences into their
healing journey if desired.
Supportive, compassionate and structured when necessary.
