All groups require an initial intake appointment to assess fit for the client and the group. We currently offer the below groups via tele-health at this time.

For: Adults who are struggling with OCD. This group has both a supportive and educational component.
The group will explore ERP techniques and the core tenants of ACT. We are currently accepting clients with OCD who are in therapy and can make a 12-week commitment.

For: This group provides a safe, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to connect, share, and grow through guided discussions and peer support.
Participants will explore topics such as identity, relationships, navigating family and societal dynamics, and managing stress, anxiety, or depression.

Tuesdays 5:30-7:00pm
Location: Online
For: Adults struggling with emotional regulation challenges, unhealthy coping strategies, struggles with tolerating distress, self-harm or impulsive behaviors.
We are currently accepting clients who are currently in or have been in therapy recently and can make a 12-week commitment. The group cycles through four modules and client's can enter at the beginning of each module.

Location: Online
For: Adults struggling with altered or unique experiences or voice hearing. This group has both a supportive and educational component.
This group is a safe place where members can discuss their unique experiences in the world with voice hearing or altered states.
This group is accepts some insurances and private pay and requires the client be in individual therapy.
