My prevailing philosophy of psychology is to find meaning in life and evolve out of challenging life situations. Through genuine help and support, trajectories can be transformed into empowering life experiences contributing to development and growth.
I use an integrative approach of psychodynamic, attachment theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to explore and understand the root cause of psychological manifestations and support clients to become a better version of themselves.
My clinical work experience spans a wide range, involving individuals from different age groups and ethnic backgrounds. I have worked with various psychological disorders, including mood, anxiety, personality, neurodevelopmental, and trauma-related disorders. Furthermore, my work experience with trauma equipped me to understand the impact of adverse life experiences on individuals developmental pathways.
Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and a collaborative space for the client and therapist. My goal as a clinician is to offer a safe space for my clients to revisit painful memories and process together.
