I am a psychologist who believes therapy is not just about coping—it is about transformation. I am here to walk with you through the deep, meaningful, and often tender work of healing. I particularly help you untangle long-held patterns, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside, forgotten, or silenced over time.
My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and shame reducing space where all aspects of your identity and experience are welcome. I believe healing happens when we feel deeply seen, and I am deeply committed to providing inclusive, culturally responsive care that respects your values, traditions, and lived experiences. I honor the rich complexity of who you are—across age, gender, race, ethnicity, language, sexual orientation, ability, and cultural background. Your story matters, and so does the context in which it has unfolded. I can also provide services both in Farsi and English.
I help people with different challenges, including chronic and complex trauma, body image concerns, eating disorders, ADHD, and the complex dynamics of dependency and co-dependency relationship style. I also create space for the full spectrum of human emotions—particularly those like anger, grief, and guilt, which are often unspoken or suppressed. Together, we will gently bring them into the light and explore their meaning with compassion and care.
At the heart of my work is a dedication to empowering my clients. I support you in cultivating a stronger sense of agency, mastery, and inner trust as you navigate life’s challenges. I am particularly passionate about helping you align with your values and become more confident in your ability to be the expert of your own experience and choices.
While I hold this work with great care, I believe in the power of humor to soften the edges. Laughter has a way of sneaking into the healing process, deepening connection, and reminding
us that growth does not always have to feel heavy. If you are ready to explore, heal, and grow—with compassion, depth, and maybe even a little laughter— I would be honored to walk that path with you.
