Do You Accept Private Pay?
Yes. All of our therapists accept private pay if your insurance is not one we currently accept.
Session fees range from $100–$200, depending on the clinician’s experience, degree, and specialization.
We are happy to provide a superbill for clients with out-of-network (PPO) benefits so you may seek reimbursement directly from your insurance provider.

Do You Offer Online Therapy?
Yes. We provide HIPAA-compliant telehealth services to clients located throughout California.
Do You Offer In-Person Therapy?
Yes. We offer in-person sessions in Midtown Sacramento, located in a warm and welcoming historic home.
Do You Offer Couples or Family Therapy?
At this time, we offer limited couples and family therapy, typically when it is part of an individual client’s ongoing treatment.
Do You Offer Children’s Therapy?
We currently work with children ages 12 and older.
Do You Offer Psychological & Cognitive Testing?
Yes. We provide psychological and cognitive evaluations for children and adults, including:
– ADHD testing
– Learning disability assessments
– Comprehensive psychological evaluations
These services are currently offered on a private-pay basis only.

What Are the Benefits of Seeing a Therapist in Training?
We are proud to offer a highly structured and closely supervised training program. Clients benefit from both their therapist and an experienced licensed supervisor supporting their care. Our doctoral training program is accredited by CAPIC and affiliated with APPIC. We are the only non-academic institution in the greater Sacramento area with this level of accreditation. Therapists in training receive a minimum of six hours of supervision and training each week
Do Your Therapists Have Availability?
Yes. We work diligently to match you with a clinician who is both available and a good fit for your needs.
What Is a Good Faith Estimate?
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services if you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance. You may request this estimate before scheduling services
