 We are a women-owned organization that has a team of skilled and compassionate specialists including psychologists and therapists who treat the full spectrum of Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD), Depression, LGBTQIA specific concerns, Eating Disorders (ED), Trauma/PTSD, and Psychosis.  All of our specialists have had rigorous training and experience in their area of expertise and some are renown internationally. 


Our therapists enjoy working with people from all backgrounds, cultures, genders, and sexual orientations. We love serving the diversity of California and the community of Sacramento and nearby communities.


We are proud to offer a variety of mental health services including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and psychological assessments across the life span. 


We use a variety of evidence-based approaches including:


  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Exposure and Response Therapy (ERP)
