Our Online Video and EHR Platform

We use Therapy Notes because we believe it is the most efficient and manageable way for our clients to connect with their therapist. Therapy Notes allows us to bill clients, set up secure video sessions, manage schedules, take confidential notes, and give clients their own portal to access paperwork and therapy tools.

For first time or for returning clients, we want your experience to be as easy as possible. During the intake process you will receive an email to set up your personal portal account. This will be the place you complete your intake paperwork as well as to access video appointments (do check with your therapist about this). Be sure the birthdate you have given us is correct as that is how we identify that is you signing in. On your first sign in, you will be prompted to create a username and password. Please write that down and be sure not to forget it.

If your portal link has expired and you are looking for a new one to be resent, please email us and we can take care of that for you.
