Our Therapy Client Portal
At Vantage Point, we use TherapyNotes as our secure therapy client portal and electronic health record platform. It allows you to complete intake paperwork, access telehealth video sessions, manage your schedule, and communicate securely with our team — all in one place.
Getting Started with Your Portal
During the intake process you will receive an email invitation to set up your personal portal account. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Make sure the birthdate you provided to us is correct — that is how the system verifies your identity
- On your first login you will be prompted to create a username and password. Write these down and keep them somewhere safe
- If your portal invitation link has expired, email us at therapy@vppsychotherapy.com and we will send a new one
- Our practice code is: VANTAGE95816
Accessing Telehealth Sessions
Your portal is also where you will join video therapy appointments. Please confirm with your therapist whether your sessions will be conducted through the portal. For best results, use a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space.
