Brianna Domaceti, psyd

About
Brianna Domaceti , PsyD is a Clinical Psychology Doctoral Intern at Vantage Point Center for Psychotherapy. She is committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported in exploring the deeper patterns that shape their emotional and relational lives. Brianna believes that healing happens within the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship, where insight and emotional experience can unfold together at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
Clinical Approach and Interests/Specialties
Brianna approaches therapy as a collaborative and relational process where clients are supported in slowing down, understanding themselves more deeply, and making sense of patterns that often began earlier in life. She works from trauma-informed and relational frameworks, with attention to how experiences are held in the body, nervous system, and within relationships. Her goal is to create a space where clients can build insight, emotional awareness, and a stronger sense of self while feeling supported and understood.
Brianna works with individuals and couples navigating complex trauma and complex PTSD, dissociation and dissociative experiences, attachment wounds and relational trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic stress, identity development, life transitions, and the impact of emotionally invalidating or chaotic early environments.
She integrates psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches while also drawing from evidence-based tools such as DBT and cognitive behavioral strategies when helpful. Brianna aims to help clients feel both supported and gently challenged as they develop new ways of understanding themselves and relating to others.
Fun Fact!
Outside of therapy, I recharge by spending time near the ocean. I love surfing and dancing, both of which remind me how powerful movement and creativity can be in helping us reconnect with ourselves. A fun fact about me is that I have a background as a professional dancer, which deeply influences how I think about the connection between the body, emotion, and healing.
