About

Dr. Cathy Rojas believes therapy can offer a supportive space to better understand ourselves, our relationships, and the patterns that shape our experiences. Her approach is grounded in interpersonal theory and feminist principles, with a focus on helping clients explore their inner world and relationships without fear of judgment. She values collaboration and transparency in therapy, recognizing that emotional distress is often influenced by societal expectations, oppression, and power dynamics.
