Dharla AMFT, SUDRC, is a compassionate and dedicated Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from UCSD. Holding an MS in Marriage and Family Therapist and Drug  and Alcohol Counseling Certificate from Loma Linda University, Dharla is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. With specialized training in Brainspotting, DBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, Dharla brings a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to therapy.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dharla is deeply passionate about serving Latinx and BIPOC communities, particularly those navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, acculturation stress, and family dynamics. With ample experience working with individuals in recovery and those with dual diagnoses, Dharla strives to meet clients where they are, empowering them to heal and find wholeness. Believing that every individual is worthy of healing, Dharla is committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where your growth and transformation can feel supported.
