What is your philosophy in psychotherapy?
I specialize in helping people increase their ability to communicate more effectively and experience more closeness in their relationships.
I also help clients set boundaries, improve their ability to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and increase mindfulness.

My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered.
I also pull from a variety of approaches, including but not limited to Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Mentalization Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
What are your areas of expertise and who do you work well with?
I help those with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and eating disorders, and enjoy working with people in the LGBTQIA community.
