About

Anyk Cajucom-Browning, AMFT, is a compassionate and collaborative therapist who believes healing begins by meeting clients where they are and creating a space where they feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. She takes an integrative, relational approach to therapy, helping individuals and couples better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck while building practical tools for meaningful change. Anyk is deeply committed to culturally responsive, identity-affirming care and works thoughtfully with clients to honor the complexity of their lived experiences, relationships, and personal goals.

Clinical Approach and Interests/Specialties

Anyk is a huge believer in meeting clients where they are in their healing journey, and uses an integrative approach that meets the unique needs of each individual person, which includes Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for those experiencing anxiety and OCD symptoms, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). For couples therapy, she primarily utilizes Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

Her clinical expertise centers on treating anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationship challenges (couples therapy). She enjoys working with couples who are committed to making long-lasting change, holding each other accountable in patterns they want to break, and feeling more connected and attuned to each other again. Anyk is dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, bringing a deeply intersectional lens to her practice. She collaborates closely with her clients to navigate the unique, layered nuances of their lived experiences and identities.
